Terms and Conditions Return Policy We cannot offer refunds (due to issues of piracy), but we will be happy to replace any disc that may be damaged in shipping or simply does not load into your computer. We use high quality CDR media for the samples we sell on disc. However, since we do not manufacture these discs ourselves we cannot guarantee them. Also, we cannot refund purchases due to user error or any system incompatibility issues. By purchasing our products you agree that you are familiar with own system requirements and that you are aware of what file types are compatible.
Copyrights Purchasing our loops either on disc or by download gives you the non-exclusive right to use these sounds in any audio/visual production, such as a phonogram, soundtrack for a film, music production, television show, theatrical performance, advertisement, website, video game, or other multimedia production.
You may not sell, rent, lease, distribute, sublicense, assign, or otherwise transfer any of the material except as incorporated In a media production. You may not distribute the sounds independently from a production.
You may not distribute our sounds for use as sounds, samples, multi-samples or as programs in a sampler or on a website.
Our beats are not royalty free, but you may use them for making your demo. You do not have the rights to use them in any commercially distributed form.
